This is a Small, friendly, clean rund hotel. It was everything we were looking for from our 1st time experience in Goa. The team made us feel incredibly welcomed and part of the family. Because it is so small, everything about the place is personal. You get to know Javeed, Diago, and the rest of the team. The food is freshly made and very tasty, our room was large, spacious and cool. Somedays, we were the only people around the hotel, it felt like we had the place to ourselves.. highly recommend and we cannot wait to come back.

It's a heritage type property with limited breakfast so don't expect hotel type breakfast. But it was nice overall with good options. There were night flies in room but the guy helped us with some spray and cleaned the room with broom also. Overall our 1 night stay was perfect and I could have stayed 2 night also.

Staff were exceptional, there were a couple of issues, but they were sorted out really quickly. Our room was great, outside shower at the back backed onto something but there was a canopy so no one could look in. The pool was fantastic and kept very clean. A big thank you must go to the waiter Diago who went out of his way to make sure you were looked after at all times. The food was ok, we did eat out a couple of evenings. A couple of resident dogs that were very friendly. Overall we had a lovely time and would love to go back.

Great place, stayed here 10 years ago so knew what to expect. We stayed in one of the newer rooms by the pool with an outside shower but unfortunately only got wifi on the first day, the rest of our stay we could not access it from this room. The staff are lovely and the food is great. Lovely pool area too, shame they no longer have the yoga studio on site, but there are plenty of places nearby.

The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The pool area is another highlight—crystal clear water surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, but a special mention must go to Diago. His attentiveness and genuine care for the guests truly enhanced the experience. The owner, too, is a delight to interact with, always speaking sweetly and ensuring that every guest feels at home. The green surroundings of Granpa's add to the serene and peaceful ambiance, making it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating this little paradise.

The pool area is amazing, its peaceful and it looks beautiful, it’s surrounded by lush trees and plants which are very well maintained. The staff are particularly friendly and very welcoming and the food is very tasty. The cook knows how to cook a great curry.

The property located in a convenient location close to couple of restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful they arranged for our transport they let us keep our baggage after check out.very courteous staff. Grandpa in is surrounded by greenry very nice atmosphere.We had a pleasant stay.

Staff were friendly, kind and happy to help Pool is great, lots of space, clean and surrounded by well kept gardens Rooms are all different and I enjoyed the standard double, poolside and ancestral suite. For me my favourite was the suite (even though it faces a busy road) as I loved the sense of history. As a family the pool side was easy and it faces into beautiful gardens. The standard would be completely adequate for a single person or couple, but tricky with kids as the space is tight
