A quaint vintage property located centrally at Anjuna with a decent pool. Rooms are neat and very open property with plenty of trees and plants. Staff is ever smiling especially Diego who takes time to interact with you

Staff were exceptional, there were a couple of issues, but they were sorted out really quickly. Our room was great, outside shower at the back backed onto something but there was a canopy so no one could look in. The pool was fantastic and kept very clean. A big thank you must go to the waiter Diago who went out of his way to make sure you were looked after at all times. The food was ok, we did eat out a couple of evenings. A couple of resident dogs that were very friendly. Overall we had a lovely time and would love to go back.

Great place, stayed here 10 years ago so knew what to expect. We stayed in one of the newer rooms by the pool with an outside shower but unfortunately only got wifi on the first day, the rest of our stay we could not access it from this room. The staff are lovely and the food is great. Lovely pool area too, shame they no longer have the yoga studio on site, but there are plenty of places nearby.

The good vibes are palpable, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The pool area is another highlight—crystal clear water surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, but a special mention must go to Diago. His attentiveness and genuine care for the guests truly enhanced the experience. The owner, too, is a delight to interact with, always speaking sweetly and ensuring that every guest feels at home. The green surroundings of Granpa's add to the serene and peaceful ambiance, making it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating this little paradise.

The pool area is amazing, its peaceful and it looks beautiful, it’s surrounded by lush trees and plants which are very well maintained. The staff are particularly friendly and very welcoming and the food is very tasty. The cook knows how to cook a great curry.
